While professional repairs cannot always restore footwear to its original factory-new appearance or condition, every repair is approached with care, integrity, and respect for the footwear you trust us to restore.
Sometimes, replacement makes more sense than repair—and we'll tell you when it does.
The cost of a quality repair can sometimes exceed what you originally paid for your shoes, or even the cost of purchasing a new pair. We're always happy to recommend new footwear when that's the more practical investment.
But we also understand that some shoes are worth more than their price tag. A favorite pair, a perfect fit, or a cherished memory may make restoration worth every penny.
Our responsibility is to explain your options, the work involved, and the cost honestly. The decision about what your footwear is worth preserving will always be yours.
OUR SERVICE FOCUS
Have shoes that need attention? Our repair services are tailored to premium leather footwear, specialty products like equestrian saddles and bridles, and specialized or provider-directed shoe modifications.
To maintain excellence in our service focus, we do not currently offer general sneaker restoration, dyeing, work boot rebuilds, luggage and handbag repair, or unrelated decorative repairs.

Custom Orthoses & Footwear
Not every foot problem can be solved with footwear alone. In some cases, adding a personalized insole or completing modifications to the shoe itself may help improve comfort, stability, balance, pressure distribution, or brace accommodation. For individuals with severe deformity, Charcot changes, significant size discrepancies, brace requirements, or other complex fitting challenges, custom footwear may provide the most appropriate solution.
Whether modifying an existing pair of shoes, fitting custom orthotics, accommodating a brace, or coordinating custom-made footwear through our trusted manufacturing partners, we have the expertise and resources to help support even the most complex footwear challenges.
OUR PRICING GUIDELINES
Our listed prices are estimated ranges. Final pricing for shoe repair, orthoses modifications, and footwear modifications, including elevations, rockers, brace accommodations, and structural work, depends on the footwear's construction, condition, materials, and the complexity of the service.
We'll inspect your footwear, explain the recommended work, and provide a final quote for your approval before any work begins.
