A SHARED COMMITMENT
A Thoughtful Process
Finding the right fit deserves dedicated time and attention. Your initial appointment is a professional service, with a fee that reflects the expertise and individualized care involved. And because the right solution may take more than one visit, we allow room for fitting, feedback, and refinement along the way.
Getting the fit right matters more than getting it done in one visit.
Solutions With Purpose
The products you choose should do more than feel good in the store. Footwear provides the foundation, orthoses or insoles offer additional biomechanical and pressure support, and compression or recovery solutions address complementary needs.
Your Carter Foot Lab Solution System™ brings together the right combination for your needs—whether that's one product or a more comprehensive approach.
Every product has a purpose. Every recommendation should earn its place.
Expertise Beyond the Initial Visit
We've invested in advanced assessment technologies, professional fitting expertise, trusted product partnerships, and generations of footwear craftsmanship to provide the resources your feet deserve. Equally important is our commitment to educating you, explaining your options, and remaining available as you become accustomed to your solution.
Our investment isn't just in what we offer. It's in the people we serve.
The Right Fit Is Worth Getting Right
A shoe or orthoses can feel right for ten minutes and tell a different story after ten hours. That's why we don't consider a recommendation the end of our work. We make time to evaluate carefully, help you make informed choices, and revisit the fit when needed.
Better movement is a shared commitment. You invest your time and money in solutions you'll depend on every day. We invest our knowledge, technology, professional fitting expertise, and continued support to help make those choices worthwhile.
Find Your Starting Point
Every journey begins with understanding your needs. Explore our appointment options below to discover what to expect and how to prepare.
